സംഘടിത മാസിക
മലയാള പ്രസാധനരംഗത്ത് പുതിയൊരു കാൽവെയ്പുമായാണ് സംഘടിത മാസിക ഡിസംബർ 2010 ൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണം ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്. കോഴിക്കോട് കേന്‌ദ്രീകരിച്ച് 1993 മുതൽ സ്ത്രീപ്രശ്നങ്ങളിൽ സജീവമായി ഇടപെട്ട് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന അന്വേഷി വിമൻസ് കൗൺസലിങ്ങ് സെന്ററിൻ്റെ പ്രസിദ്‌ധീകരണമാണ് സംഘടിത . പ്രശസ്ത തമിഴ് കവി സൽമയായിരുന്നു ആദ്യപ്രതി പ്രകാശനം ചെയ്തത്.
സ്ത്രീപക്ഷരാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൻ്റെ പരിപ്രേക്ഷ്യത്തിൽ നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് എഴുതാനും വായിക്കാനും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കാനും ഒരു ഇടം ഉണ്ടാക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യമാണ് ഈ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണത്തിൻ്റെ പിന്നിൽ . കലാപരമായും സാഹിത്യപരമായും സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് സ്വയം ആവിഷ്ക്കരിക്കാൻ ഒരു വേദിയൊരുക്കാൻ സംഘടിത ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. മുമ്പ് എഴുതി പരിചയമില്ലാത്തവർ പോലും സ്വന്തം ജീവിതാനുഭവങ്ങൾ അടയാളപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും സ്ത്രീ ജീവിതങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള അറിവുകൾ അക്കാദമികമായി ഉൽപാദിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതും കഥകളും കവിതകളും ചിത്രരചനകളുമൊക്കെയായി സ്ത്രീകൾ സ്വയം ആവിഷ്ക്കരിക്കുന്നതും ആനുകാലിക രാഷ്ട്രീയ സാംസ്കാരിക പ്രശ്നങ്ങളെ അപഗ്രഥിച്ച് പ്രതികരിക്കുന്നതും സംഘടിതയുടെ ഉള്ളടക്കങ്ങളിൽപ്പെടുന്നു. സ്ത്രീകളുടെ വിവിധങ്ങളായ അഭിരുചികൾക്കനുസരിച്ചുള്ള കൃതികൾ ഓരോ ലക്കത്തിലും ഉൾപ്പെടുത്താൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നുണ്ട് .
അധികാരശ്രേണികളില്ലാതെ തിരശ്ചീനമായി ഉത്തരവാദിത്വങ്ങൾ ഏറ്റെടുത്തു പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഒരു കൂട്ടായ്മയാണ് സംഘടിതയ്ക്ക് പിന്നിൽ.ഓരോ ലക്കവും ഓരോ പ്രത്യേക വിഷയങ്ങൾ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതോടൊപ്പം സ്ഥിരം പംക്തികളുമുണ്ട്. പല അതിഥിപത്രാധിപരാണ് ഓരോ ലക്കങ്ങളും സമാഹരിക്കുന്നത്.
വമ്പൻ കുത്തകമാധ്യമ ലോകത്ത് അത്യന്തം പരിമിതമായ വിഭവങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തി കൂട്ടായതും നിസ്വാർത്ഥ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന്റേ തുമായി നടത്തുന്ന പരിശ്രമങ്ങളാണ് സംഘടിതയെ യാഥാർത്ഥ്യമായി നിലനിർത്തുന്നത്.
അന്വേഷി വിമൻസ് കൗൺസിലിങ് സെൻ്റർ
അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന സാമൂഹിക പ്രവർത്തകയും സ്ത്രീവാദിയുമായ ശ്രീമതി കെ. അജിത നേതൃത്വം നൽകുന്ന ‘അന്വേഷി’ കോഴിക്കോട് ആസ്ഥാനമാക്കി സ്ത്രീകളുടെ അവകാശസംരക്ഷണത്തിനായി 1993 മുതൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന സംഘടന ആണ്. സമൂഹത്തിൽ നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന ലിംഗവിവേചനവും സ്ത്രീകൾക്കെതിരെയുള്ള അതിക്രമങ്ങളും ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ അന്വേഷി പ്രതിജ്ഞാബദ്ധമാണ്. കൂടാതെ സ്ത്രീശാക്തീകരണത്തിനായി അക്ഷീണം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
ഗാർഹിക പീഡനത്തിന് അടിസ്ഥാനമായതും അതിനെ തീവ്രമാക്കുന്നതുമായ ഘടകങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് അവബോധം നൽകാനും പ്രതിസന്ധികളെ മറികടക്കാൻ അവരെ പ്രാപ്തരാക്കാനും സമഗ്രവും വിപുലവുമായ പിന്തുണയും മാർഗനിർദേശവും സേവനവും നൽകുന്നതിൽ അന്വേഷി അങ്ങേയറ്റം ശ്രദ്ധ പുലർത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ലിംഗനീതി പുലരുന്നതിനും അക്രമരഹിതമായ സാമൂഹ്യ സാഹചര്യം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുന്നതിനും ലിംഗവിവേചനം എന്ന സാമൂഹ്യ തിന്മയെ വേരോടെ പിഴുത് മാറ്റേണ്ടതുണ്ട് എന്ന് അന്വേഷി വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു.
പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കാനുള്ള കൗൺസിലിങ്ങ് സംവിധാനം, പഞ്ചായത്തുകൾ കേന്‌ദ്രീകരിച്ച് നടത്തുന്ന നിയമപരിജ്ഞാന പാഠങ്ങൾ, സൗജന്യനിയമ സഹായം , അതിക്രമം അനുഭവിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് അഭയം നൽകുന്ന ഹ്രസ്വകാല താമസയിടം(Short Stay Home), നിർഭയ കേന്ദ്രം, വായനശാല, പത്താം വർഷത്തിലേക്ക് കടക്കുന്ന സംഘടിത എന്ന സ്ത്രീപക്ഷ മാസിക തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ അന്വേഷിക്ക് സ്വന്തമായി അവകാശപ്പെടാനുണ്ട് . കൂടാതെ ഐസ്ക്രീം പാർലർ കേസ്സ് പോലുള്ള അനവധി സാമൂഹ്യ പ്രക്ഷോഭങ്ങൾക്കും നേതൃത്വം നൽകിയിട്ടുമുണ്ട്.
അന്വേഷിയുടെ സേവനങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരിൽ എല്ലാ സാമ്പത്തിക വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പെട്ടവരും ജാതി മത സമുദായങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ടവരും ഉണ്ട് ; പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും ദരിദ്രരും പാർശ്വവത്കൃതരുമായ സ്ത്രീകൾ. അന്വേഷിയുടെ ചില പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ കോഴിക്കോട്, വടക്കൻ കേരളത്തിന്റെ മറ്റ്ജി ല്ലകൾ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ, മറ്റുള്ളവ സംസ്ഥാനത്തുടനീളം വ്യാപിക്കുന്നു.
ദൈനംദിന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്ക് മതിയായ സാമ്പത്തിക ചുറ്റുപാട് ഇല്ല എന്ന ഗുരുതരമായ പ്രശ്നം അന്വേഷി അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. എങ്കിലും സാമ്പത്തിക സ്രോതസ്സുകൾ ചുരുങ്ങുമ്പോഴും പ്രതിബദ്ധതയൊന്നു കൊണ്ടു മാത്രം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന അംഗങ്ങളാണ് അന്വേഷിയുടെ കൈമുതൽ. അന്വേഷിയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ സംസ്ഥാനത്തും ദേശീയ തലത്തിലും അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

Sanghaditha Magazine
Sanghaditha (woman united) is a novel venture on Kerala’s publishing scene with women getting together to bring out a ‘magazine of one’s own’. Published since December 2010 under the aegis of Anweshi Women’s Counselling Centre in Calicut, a prominent women’s rights group campaigning on feminist issues since 1993. The first issue was released by noted Tamil poet Ms.Salma.
Sanghaditha was born out of the desire to carve out a reading and writing space in print that would accentuate women’s issues and also act as a platform for women’s artistic and literary expressions. it made its entry into a publishing arena already inundated by a plethora of magazines that claim to be for women but are in effect status quo ist in spreading conventional notions of women or are even blatantly anti-women in content.
Sanghaditha aspires to raise its voice against issues of violence against women and other marginalized groups and to present gendered critiques of global capital, militarization, development agendas, state policies, media representations and hegemonic practices of religion and culture while also forging solidarity with movements and campaigns involved in the struggle for the larger democratization of social life. it has provided an arena where women have access to publishing and can pen their opinions that would help mould shared and visible spaces for women. It is unique in its policy to have guest editors for each edition so that the Sanghaditha team builds up horizontally and does not create hierarchies in responsibilities.
Anweshi Women’s Counselling Centre
Anweshi is a women’s organization primarily committed to the cause of women’s rights based in Kozhikode (formerly Calicut) district of Kerala state in India, headed by leading Women Activist and Social Worker Mrs. K. Ajitha.
Anweshi is committed to the elimination of gender discrimination and violence against women and works towards women empowerment.
We have shown utmost commitment in delivering a comprehensive range of support services for women which has given a fairly good understanding of many precipitating and underlying factors of domestic violence. Anweshi is an organization which considers gender violence as a societal evil to be taken out from its grassroots in order to have a gender just and a violence free society.
Our constitution directs that women shall not only have equal rights and privileges, but also directs that the state shall make provisions — both general and specials — for the welfare of women. However, women in India who constitute nearly half the population are still subjected to various disadvantages and inequalities in the male-dominated society. We believe that women have equal rights and hence our efforts are important for their emancipation, integration, participation, and development.
Anweshi through its various activities attempts to address the issue of gender based violence in the state of Kerala. Our strength lies in the commitment towards gender justice and women’s rights. Our services are used by women from all economic classes, castes and religious communities, especially from the poorer and marginalized sections of Kerala. Our work has been recognized both at the State as well as at the National levels. While some of our activities are concentrated in Kozhikode and the neighbouring districts of north Kerala, others extend across the state.
Anweshi at present is involved in counselling, legal aid and giving temporary shelter in Short Stay Home for women and their children. It is a full-fledged organization with a committed staff and has an office and Short Stay Home owned by Anweshi. It is facing a serious problem of lack of funds for day to day running of the activities.
